Nationals weekend is fast approaching 😁🤛. For those of you with a target of performing well or hitting a peak this weekend it’s good to remember there’s nothing more you can do at this point to increase fitness, all the hard work should be done. What makes the difference now is paying close attention to recovery, you’re health and freshening up as much as possible. Quality is key this week, make the efforts you do really count, and pay close attention to recovery. 💥🎯📈
