“I knew things were different with Nikki the second I got the intro questionnaire asking pointed questions about my riding experiences, my injuries, my strengths, goals, heallth and well being, etc. All bases covered. I found out quickly that she really knows riders and how to get to the core of what they want from the bike and the season. I had had a less than ideal experience with a new coach the year prior and working with Nikki was like a breath of fresh air. She built a relationship with me, talking regularly via chat, TPs feedback and a monthly call that I looked forward to. If I could say one thing about Nikki as a coach it's that she listens. She has the ability to see the core of the problem you're having and relay it back to you and give the perspective of an experienced, seasoned rider and coach. Lots of coaches can give you a training plan that will make you stronger, but Nikki gave me better perspective on why I was doing this whole thing.
