Last week I got the opportunity to sit down and do a podcast with head Physiologist at the EIS Emma Ross, and talk about my challenges and growth as an athlete on menstrual health, energy balance, nutrition and being a new mum. Some of these questions I’ve wanted to answer for so long, but never been asked. I feel these are all issues that are super important for female athletes to understand, for coaches to understand and most of all for them to be topics not to shy away from.
